The transport of skiers and mountain enthusiasts along steep and curving mountain roads is a special task which regular buses are not capable of. Thus our company developed a bus which can easily overcome curving and steep mountainous terrain. The characteristics of the mini-and midibus were combined to create the skibus which is of the same height as the minibus and length of a midibus and possesses a DB engine with 300 Hp (horsepower).
Due its small width the bus manoeuvres adroitly on narrow serpentine roads while the strong engine ensures the overcoming of sudden, difficult mountainous gradients.
Seats are constructed individually so that entire rows of seats can be removed on the left or right sides so as to acquire a spacious bus for the conveyance of skiers together with ski equipment.
The bus has double-leaf doors which enable the easy and quick entry and exit of skiers or mountain enthusiasts together with all accompanying equipment.
The four-stroke DB OM 457 hLA water-cooled diesel engine with direct injection is located in the back of the bus.
