CERTIFICATION
Since 2004 Tovarna vozil Maribor has in place a certified quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard in the following areas:
- development, manufacture, assembly and sales of trucks and buses and
- manufacture and sale of spare parts for trucks and buses.
In November 2007 we upgraded our quality system with ecology system
- ISO 14001
Our objective is to become and remain a successful company specialised in the small-scale and flexible production of buses with an emphasis on mini- and midibuses in different versions representing special market niches and special purpose vehicles.
Through the set up of a quality management system, the company guarantees its business partners the effective implementation of business processes. Quality management represents an interdisciplinary process which combines the work efforts of all processes and individuals in the company.
Through improvements and innovation in all areas of operations, we ensure the stability and permanent growth of the company. Permanent improvement of our services and products, their scope and quality and productivity of work ensures excellence of service, supporting our desire to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers.
Internal and external product audits, process audits and system audits are performed on a regular basis at Tovarna vozil Maribor to ensure the continuous improvement of quality of operations and products.
